Supposedly there was tension between Verhoeven and Bottin, the two some what eluded to it on the Flesh and Steel making of Robocop piece.

sweet, can't waitFair enough man.
Yeah, I will definitely give my two cents on the figure tonight. Still waiting for the USPS truck to come right now.
So I will snap some pics too when it gets delivered.
I am unpacking and inspecting the figure right now.
I can definitely see purple and blue tint on hand.
For some reason, some camera just can't capture that. but once you receive it in hand, it's definitely noticable.
It's AWESOME to say the least
Sweet Jesus, I can barely breathe.....
Hope he doesn't care, but this is the only pic I found of itNo FB please. Can you post them here if it's not too much to ask?

Why the hell would they intentionally design the hand joints to be loose? I'm not liking the sound of that.
It seems like the Robocop figures sold in Hong Kong's Enterbay Official Store came with the BD helmet. I'm thinking there's a good chance the first batch shipping out from Enterbay's online store will include the BD helmet.
This is just my guess and I could be wrong. Think of the BD helmet as a "VIP gift" like HT. But it's less exclusive similar to the gifts that came with 1:4 Bruce Lee.
The reason EB is doing this is because they wanted to make the figure more "complete" but also avoid getting sued and not paying extra licensing fees. Back then the 1:4 Bruce Lee avoided paying movie license with a generic costume. The movie accurate accessories such as the bag and map are a gift so it's technically not a product but rather a promotional item. Same with Robo's case. It's a Robocop3 license but the BD helmet is from Robocop2 so again they won't advertise it to avoid licensing issues.
I am busy prepping up things that I will be selling at WonderCon this weekend.
That's why I post quick pic on Facebook. Because I don't have to upload it on photobucket and so forth.
Hope he doesn't care, but this is the only pic I found of it
Here is my quick (super brief) review.
I give this figure a 9/10 score.
It is an awesome figure and I am sure RoboCop fans would love this figure.
- The paint application is very good. It is even and has a very nice finish to it. In hand, you will see the purple tint on the armor, even though most cameras for some reason can't capture it. But, I am sure those high end HD camera could pick it up. I am fine with it.
The color is a lot like this -> https://i.imgur.com/EJLbV.gif
- Articulations are fine, nothing seems lose to me. None of the fingers are articulated though. It would be cool if they are.
- The remote control features are fun definitely, and it has a pretty good range. I think it would be cool if you invite your friends over and they check out your figure collection and you screw with their heads with the remote. (I dunno, it's a thought hahahaha)
- The detail on the Auto-9 is awesome too. I really like it. Face plates are awesome. Obviously the Peter Weller one is the only one we need, but looking just based on paint and sculpt, they are good. The jet pack is done nicely too (even though it will stay permanently in the box), good details.
- The figure is very sturdy, so if you are like me and don't really like using the generic toy stand, he can stand on his own and it won't fall.
*My only nitpick is the neck connection. The neck assembly is pretty tricky, so just be careful when you put the head on.
*Also the fingers on the open hand, since they are not really articulated, they should've just glue it.
*The data spike is good, but should be chrome silver. They painted it dull silver.
So the fingers on the open hand isn't glued, but how is it fastened or fixed to the main hand?
Thanks for the review jedster!
