Update: Looks like this is more like what it's going to look like.

- High-definition transparent acrylic plastic board

- An orange hoop of high quality metal, with rope nets that can rebound automatically

- The pillar is wrapped in soft, high-quality EVA sponge & also comes with a high quality metal casting base to secure a stable display. It also has special paint effect applied on, which gives a better texture

- The electronic shot clock at the top can be set to difference modes, & can produce the end of game signal

- Battery is not included

Is it actually going to make production? i have the McFarlane hoop and thats pretty large for 6" figures, can't imagine how big this would be, but I will find a place for it

The picture of the shot clock timer was posted only a few hours ago. So I am guessing EB are at least planning to put it in production.

Don't have enough patience to wait for the EB backboard... But damn, it would be worth it. Shipping is going to stink.

The 3rd party non shot clock board is already going for $150. The half court floor around $80. I'd guess EB would be at least $200.

Good luck buying 2 to make a full court for an All Star Game.

But on the side note it's easier to DIY a backboard than head sculpt.

The shot clock parts can be easily found in electronic shops.

Much better than the storm toys backboard. If it fits my besta then I'm gonna pick one up.

From what I've seen so far, it looks like it might be quite a bit better than the Storm Toys version. But I don't want the price to be crazy.
