It's a great box. :lol

Which one can you get for $200. That's a good price.

Thanks for the help you ol' turd! hehe

They are beautiful figs. I spent 200 on shipping and duties for a Takara Batman.... lol So I guess I shouldn't second guess why people spend 200 on this guy.

They are just great figures all round. Great figure, great sculpt, great outfits, great packaging. The body is a sculpt of Bruce's body. The moveable eye feature. The body is solid, not hollow. $200 is a steal.

Not a steal.. no 12" figure is a steal at 200 MRSP. hehe

But yeah, I am getting into high end 12" figures now. Like what he offers. What is with the real rooted hair pic of the Bruce figure some pages back?

It's a steal because they usually go for more than $200. The rooted hair version is one Arnie Kim did, but Enterbay say they aren't going to produce it. I was having a bit of a to and fro with them and that's what they told me. Unless, they just said that so I'd buy the current fig. Maybe after they've done one from each movie they'll review their decision, and produce it. I hope they do.

oh eli, when you see this figure you'll realise this IS a steal, it should go down in history as one of the all-time greatest steals - greater than the great train robbery, more legendary than the legends of dicky turpin, more fiendish than the election of a fiend in 01. if you were looking at one right now, you'd know.

I totally agree that until you've actually held one in your hands, it's hard to truly appreciate how great they really are... and to know how quickly you'll feel better about having shelled out such a tidy sum for a 12" figure. I managed to score a ETD-B for a little over $200 and had absolutely no regrets whatsoever. One of the best figures ever!

Just scored a B. Can't wait for Enterbay to release the FoF. More to see what improvements they have come up with, and what the diorama is going to be.

Great score! Arguably the best head sculpt so far, too.

I think FoF was the first Bruce Lee movie I ever saw, back in the early '70s! I'm really looking forward to seeing the FoF figure, in the meantime I've got my eye on a WOTD figure waiting for someone to take it home.

Looks like I'm stepping in your tracks. The WotD is the only one I haven't scored yet, as well. My first Bruce Lee movie was FoF also. Yep, back in the seventies. I remember being allowed to smoke in the theatre.

Jeez, it really was a long time ago, wasn't it! :lol Yeah, we were all hooked on Bruce's movies big time after FoF. I still remember how pumped we all were for weeks afterwards. Just about everybody I knew had started some kind of martial arts training within months of its release, hoping to become ultimate badass foo fighters, just like Bruce. Heheheh... in their dreams. :D

were you the one who just snagged that one on ebay for $218 or something? if so, congrats!

Enterbay CEO Bill posts on Tony Moes EZBOARD Bruce Lee tribute forum and he s confirmed there will be battle-damaged Game of death and Enter the Dragon figures for next year in a limited number. He said they re looking into applying the beads of sweat paintwork on the production line.
Be nice if we could get him to come here and post as well.

Yep, that's the one. Thanks. Not as good a deal as yours, as shipping costs an extra $42, but I didn't think I would get another chance as good, so I'm very pleased.

Great to hear those valuable updated snippets of information. I'm looking forward to the BD EtD release.

this might be a really stupid question, but bruce's feet aren't ball jointed right? i can get them to go left to right and up and down, but not round and round. am i just not trying hard enough?

You are correct 8th. They use their own system. It could be called a rock and pin connection. The upper part of the ankle joint goes up and down. The lower part is on a swivel, and goes side to side. Where the ankle joins to the leg, the lower leg is an inverted U shape, back and front. That only allows the foot a limited range up or down. Up, is similar to what a real foot can reach. Down, the foot is restricted, which makes it unable to reach what a real perons foot can. In other words in can't point. That is possibly one of the improvements the new body will overcome. Let's hope so, because a round house kick using the instep is something common for any martial artist. Unless you want to attempt modifying the joint yourself, by cutting out a bigger area at the back of the ankle, your stuck with how it is.

Enterbay - Chuck Norris w/ Roundhouse kick action
