The paint job is obviously superior and gives the edge to Enterbay from those shots. We'll see on the final in-hand pics.

I agree that the paint is better than HT's and adds the realism to this piece but the likeness is somewhat there whereas HT's is spot on imo. I will end up getting both, you'll see.

That's my opinion and to me the likeness is OFF! HT have a WAY better likeness,.... the EB looks too old and fat!!
He could make a great Santa though!!

Yes it does but from what I can see the EB version is worth owning too imo. It also looks stellar, again from what I can see. I need to see it complete before getting it too.

Looks sick, but i still agree with others the likeness is off. And i know how that sounds, but believe me, it's not by much, but noticeable enough, and i'd give HT that one. He almost looks a bit too chubby and a seperate neck for such a mint head = WTF hell enterbay?!
Having said that, quality and paint app wise, looks 2nd to none, they've really superceeded HT and my expectation there, just a shame the likeness isnt as good. I still prefer the HT any day of the week. I think the fact that they had to wait for HT, and THEN finish and REDO theirs) however, really shows who the true pioneers are.

I dunno, to me the likeness war clearly goes to Enterbay. I just think it's a matter of the hasty ones who went and bought the HT without waiting to see enterbay's saying it looks off to try and justify to themselves that they mae the right choice.

Both are great though but Enterbay is the winner, Hot toy's production quality went downhill like crazy, the proto looked great though.

I agree on the neck though. pretty lame decision, maybe the neck on the body will look as amazing as the head though? and be disguised enough with the colar?

These are so close that I think you'd have to have both in hand to really be able to compare them. I say that partly because some of the negative comments I've read concerning HT's version can't possibly be from owners.

i'm getting both. after seeing those latest pics i'd be a mug not to. the enterbay has me kinda blown away with the suit, and the paint on that head. think the neck is too long on the EB one from the latest pics. oh wait, that's some dude's finger again

i need some new glasses. and for those nuts who are saying that either the HT one or the EB one is crap, so do you. i don't think i've ever seen 2 companies do such an amazing job on the any figure, let alone the same figure.

Yeah exactly, i'm not trying to justify my HT purchase either, some people don't have either and said they would buy the HT given the choice. And i'm not one to keep figures i dont like for save sake of buying the better one. I resold my TDK batman when i saw how cool the medi could look and wasnt impressed with it anymore, and am at moment waiting for the MMSDX, possibly. I just like the HT better thats all That's definately not to say the enterbay isnt good, but i think some are saying the HT is a downright POS, which couldnt be wronger ......... yes i purposely said that word to make you laugh, did it work? I just dont think this figure's likeness is perfect, but do about the HT version.

The paint apps look great..but im sorry that sculpt is off. Brando wasnt that chubby looking in the godfather.

Hasty? I dont think so. Im getting both. HT in hand and anxiously waiting on this one. Im not an HT or EB collector.. but a big godfather fan. . The paint apps are excellent compared to HT but in all honesty the sculpt is too chubby.
