Enterbay HD: 1/4 scale Rambo III

THANX and it's acrylic paint with some pastels for shading my friend!

Excellent, may experiment myself with that, any specific colour for the acrylic paint? Also, why don't you consider customising the strap for the AK 47 gun like I have...you can see it in my pics on the last page...I mentioned that I wanted to also customise the bag in black also so I'm curious to see how your bag turned out...

I used Raw umber with black(30/60).As for the strap on the AK,well that depends on if the color was different in the film.I try to make everything i do as close as to the real thing as i can possibly do(thats a lot of "as" ^_^).As soon as i'm done with the bag i'll post some PICS. which should be sometime in the evening.Also,finishing up on the bow as well!^_~

Here are a few PICS. of my Rambo.I had retouched(not that it needed it) his head by adding more stubble and growth.Also mottled the skin as well as added slight shadow under the eyes.I dyed the bag to OD green but i need to add more green to the belt cause in the film the belt was darker then the bag.Added lighter shade of green on the charm to make it look like the jadeite used in the film but i think i need to add more coats.I included a PIC.(the last one)of my figure fresh out of the box for comparison.I'm far from done(at 25%) but will be soon and will keep posting updated as i complete them.I was very hestitant about buying this figure for many reasons but after seing Maulfans PICS. i had to get it and don't regret it!For me,it's bye-bye 1/6 and hello 1/4 world!I can't wait to get the Batman and Joker figure as well as the T-800!THANX Maulfan!!

Nice touch up work, I would say if I could get anything tweaked about the finished product, other than the posed eyes, it would be the stubble, he had a pretty heavy 5 O'Clock shadow for most of the movie, the figure looks more like very early on. The bag's a nice touch too, but of all the things that could be tweaked, the stubble would be high on my priority list.

Thanks much guys! Was loosing my patience already, but was worth it!

I just opened Doll Rambo. Love it!
The only bad thing is a little "tear" bellow his right arm, in the seam of the soft plastic torso, but I think I can glue it and live with it just fine(OSB, how did you glue yours?)
I won't be posing him with the arms opened, so the tear is not visible when he is posed with the arms down. No problems with huge gaps or the plastic skeleton coming out and staying out. I didn't futz too much with it yet, so later I will be futzing with him and try other poses.

I will post better pictures later when I have the time, took just a snap for now!

Still no reply to my week-old PayPal dispute or my second email which I sent last Thursday. If nothing happens by Friday, I'm escalating the dispute to a claim.
I just commented about this on my original post on Bill's FB page. If he Liked it, he should notice the update (although I hope he reads it too). I hope they're not ignoring me because I sound pushy. It certainly wouldn't surprise me, but one would hope common sense and professionalism will kick in eventually. They're doing more of a disservice by acting like I don't exist than they would be if they worked with me on this thing. At least then they'd get brownie points for caring about the customer.

IT'S UNACCEPTABLE. YOU CANNOT LEAVE CUSTOMERS HANGING WITH UNRESOLVED ISSUES. HOW HARD IS IT TO SEND AN EMAIL. MY PACKAGE THAT I SENT TO THEM ON 7/11 HAS BEEN SITTING AT THE HK POST OFFICE SINCE JULY 16. NOT SURE WHEN THEY PICKUP THEIR MAIL, SO IT'S A TOTAL BUMMER WAITING FOR MY RAMBO FIX. THIS FIGURE IS SO FREAKING COOL, BUT ENTERBAY HAS A LOT TO LEARN ABOUT CS. THEY ARE DEFINITELY SENDING A CLEAR MESSAGE TO THE INTERNATIONAL BUYER............ "THANKS FOR THE $$$ SUCKER!!!!!"
