I caught this movie the other night on TV its alot like a cross between Orwell's 1984 and the Matrix with out the slow motion fighting from the matrix. Actors I knew from the film were Christain Bale, Emily Watson, Sean Bean and the guy that played Robert The Bruce in Braveheart don't know his name. I will probably be adding the DVD to my Netflix list.

I found the movie interesting and was frankly surprised I had never heard of it and that there wasnt some underground movement to get figures made for it or at least that I can find.

A co-worker of mine turned me on to this about 2 weeks ago. Really well done film and highly underated. Hell i had never even heard of it before he told me about it.

Yeah, I loved that movie... It was one of those under the radar films that most people haven't even seen. I can foresee it being a cult classic in the future, just one of those films that has to be "discovered". My Dad told me about it a while back... right after it hit DVD... I watched it and was instantly intrigued.

Just the idea of the society and the intensity of the design attracted me, but then the story came and just intensified that effect. Great acting, cool stunts, great movie. Must see for Sci-Fi fans or just fans of movies that make you look at society a little differently.

Didn't think it worth the hype. Don't get the endless love for it. Thought it was slow and predictable. Didn't finish watching it. Had echoes of Gattica in it (a movie I liked). Shrug.

I saw it went it first came out - I'm sure I'd appreciate it more now that I'm more of a Bale fan, but I really didn't like it. Thought it was incredibly pretentious and derivative. But hey, it got him the job of directing Ultraviolet.

I haven't watched this in a couple of years. I remember going to see this at the only theatre in town playing it when it came out and the sound was all messed up in the beginning, so I ended up leaving. Bad part was it was the last showing so I had to wait for dvd to see it. When I finally did I enjoyed it. I really liked all the fight scenes. I have a poster of this flick stored somewhere.
