This whole thread is to be reworked into a PSA to warn other collectors from making the same mistake we have.

The term "eternal penguin" will enter the lexicon for generations to come. It will be used to warn, keep expectations in check, and remind things that are too good to be true really are so proceed with caution

I'm honestly not sure I even want to take this out of the box now. Might just see if I can dump it on ebay for 80 bucks and wash my hands of it.

I got so many other figures I'd rather work on that are more deserving of mods.

The more I see of this I don’t even know if there’s much to salvage. Might just sit in the box in shame.. maybe when the Mars version comes out I’ll use one of the spare heads with this figure. Disappointing.

I might just futz with the hair plonk a new hat on him and have him at the back. I did debate on buying the Rocco sculpt.

Amazing that mars will come with 3 sculpts and 2 outfits will be a long wait but worth it. Thanks for the update kit. Mars saving the day again!!
