Seeing those Hot Toys pics of the Scar and Celtic brings back memories. As soon as I saw those I preordered without hesitation, and I remember thinking $150 for a fig?...thats crazy! Glad I decided to pull the trigger!

In restrospect, I should have just bought the Chopper, at the time I thought he looked so crappy compared to the Scar and Celtic.

He's basically the same figure just different mask. I do have to say that I don't care much for his mask though.

Yea, at the time I was swayed by the mask and color. I think that if they used the same photography that they did for the Scar and Celtic, I would have liked him just as much. I guess I was a little stupid back then...

You know that AVP Elder doesn't get much love, but I think he is a killer figure, especially after you install the quills! Nice Pickup! I don't guess I'll add to my Pred/Alien collection until the Cleaner. Sad too b/c I'd really like to pick up a few more pieces, just don't have the funds or the room.

im in the u.k and got mine from the local collectable shop. play.com are sold out as are most places so i think gay bay is your best bet

I too had a preorder with them. I emailed them a week or 2 ago and they said they were awaiting 'restocks' and that I would remain on their waitlist by default but if I wanted to cancel I could. So read into that what you will. To me it seems like they did get them in but didn't get enough to fulfill all the orders. I have doubts I'll ever get it now...and I assumed a preorder was a guarantee.

i agree... he's my least favorite one of the lot, but i got him for retail on toys2 two weeks ago. soo i'm one pred closer to completing the clan.

I don't ever remember them advertising the figure as "in stock" , so if my pre-order doesn't come through I'll be most displeased to say the least !

It sort of just disappeared off the website. I never noticed it being listed as 'in stock' either. It was up for preorder, it stayed up for a while then it just disappeared altogether. I'd be extra annoyed in your case because didn't you say you got your order in right from the start? - and you're in the UK so I imagine you would have been prioritised if anything. It had already been up for preorder for awhile by the time I put mine in if memory serves. Its a kick in the face if we can't get it now, everyone else has had theirs for months.

Thanks, a town called Bray just south of Dublin. It also did not escape me that I have joined on this forum an already established Irish following of 1/6th goodness.
