Yea, that figure wasn't bad, a bit generic. But Burnout would have been a better name.....

Waiting on some stinger stuff and boots for 'wrench.

The whole name issue reminds me of some of the original figure plannings that have seen light of day and the notes they would have on them. I remember one figure had Larry Hama scribbling something on it basically telling Hasbro how stupid they were for choosing such a whacky name.

Really makes me wish I could be privy to more of the correspondence between companies in the 80s, would love to see internal thoughts when Hasbro told them to make a Skidmark character.

I would love to see those detailed notes on the creation of the RAH line so we can see more stuff like this:

They have indepth stuff for the 60's stuff, so maybe we will someday....

Uggg, Windmill. The worst RAH figure with Armadillo runner up.

Windmill looks like they forgot to paint the rest of him.

Agreed. The sculpt was pretty solid and I dug the Desert Fox 6WD!

Time to show off some customs!!

Up first is Wild Bill. Sculpt is a Justified by Rocko. A bit oversized like all his stuff, but it works. Painted by Skiman and tweaked by me. I made the vest and holster. The SA Colts are a bit undersized, but look good on the legs.

The Sideshow Beachhead is a pretty damn kewl figure out of the box. I wanted one that was closer to the figure who looks even kewler. I always liked the unique leg/holster straps he had. So I gave him his blades, left hand holster, leg bomb and made up a chest rig similar to that of the original figure. Kept the same magazine style and rifle SS gave him. I dig it.

These look great. I love Wild Bill. I really like the changes to Beachhead as we'll. I really like the vest. I like a Quick Kick, but I just can't felt past the fact it's Bruce. I look and I just see Bruce.
