Exactly HOW bad is the Aliens Warrior Hot Toys figure?

I didn't vote, as I wouldn't qualify it as broken. My Aliens warrior had the loose legs, but I wouldn't say broken. My AVP Warrior is just fine. No problems with loose joints at all. I love thse figures and am anxiously waiting Sideshow to ship my Dog Alien.

I thought it would be easy to find someone with an extra leg to sell since as this thread has shown, they are all falling apart!

well, sideshow still has this figure, just put yourself on a waitlist and about 4 days later it will process. and i'm not sure if mines broken or if it comes like this, but the calf swivels and the right doesn't. I contacted sideshow and they sent me a free left leg, that leg has the same problem, so I just leave it. the biggest problem for with this guy is the really weak joints. it can give out under its own weight pretty easy, but if kept in a crouching position, he's fine. it's hard to pass on this guy because he looks so awesome, the sculpt is amazing. but if you want an alien that isn't going to fall apart, you should get the AVP alien, it's a much more solid figure

I bought this one already missing the lower leg. Don't know what the original owner did with the leg

Yeah, I'm the original owner. The ankle peg broke off immediately and while trying to glue it back together, it broke off at the knee. I thought that those parts weren't salvageable, so I threw them away. I actually took this picture as well and that's my kitchen table.

I have the brown one. His legs are a little better, but I had to put a little glue in the ankle areas to tighten the joints.

I'm not playing at anything. I sold it at a good price, described the breakage, and provided the picture you see in xenofreak's post. I thought someone on the BST board could maybe use the figure as a fallen Colonial Marine victim if nothing else.

Sorry if it all came out wrong, but I wasn't blaming Boba Ben. He is an awesome guy to deal with. He advertised the alien as broken and wasn't trying to scam anyone. Just wanted to clear that up because he is a great guy and even threw in free aliens with the deal! I was going to use it as an alien victim to a proud predator, but I decided to try to repair the alien because he was otherwise in such great shape!

I'm sorry if you thought I was directing that at you man or at nicky for that matter. I just think that it's a shame that because there are a few idiot scammers that cheat honest members on this board, that a great deal of trust has to be lost between fellow collectors. It seems that everyone's on edge and ready to point fingers really quickly.

I want others to be able to enjoy this hobby as much as myself. I always take that into consideration when selling stuff on here so that people can buy things from me without destroying their wallets.

Scamming someone who loves these properties as much as I do is a terribly rotten and low thing to do. I just wanted to make that clear in my post up there.

I just got mine and it's fine. The box isn't in that great of shape, IMO though. Alot of creasing on it. There's a long dent down one whole side.

MIne has issues on the footpeg, but it's not broken...
still, looks amazing though!!

Footpeg baby. THe alien foot is quick to come off posing or moving its footies but other than its ^^^^ing amazing.
