Hope to god the head is not a bobblehead as in some pics the heads looks oversized

Exactly! In fact in all the pre-production pics I've seen, the head looks too small and the body looks too big. I suppose it would be too much to ask to narrow the body mold to the narrow shoulders of Bones, but that's what was really needed. DeForest Kelley didn't bench press his own body weight. Doesn't look like they took that much into account.

That it does. De had slimmed down significantly by his late fifties, and it's not like he was a big guy to begin with. The beard and hairdo made his head look bigger, and his body was smaller than it used to be.
If anything the EXO-6 body is too big. Nanjin developed a new torso for Bones here, to give him a hairy chest and old man neck, but it doesn't seem like it occurred to him that it should be thinner than Kirk or Spock and have narrow shoulders.

In the "Star Trek 6" Bonus Features, it's mentioned how tiny his Starfleet Uniform was for that production. But Kelley's small frame was definitely noticeable in TMP.

He’s not exactly jaw droppingly good, but not bad. He looks great in the collection.

Just curious, is the hair on his chest painted or sculpted, too?
