BBTS also had a non-disclosed rule of anything $200 and over would have the NRD. There have been plenty of recent items where their price on an item was just under $200, yet had the NRD.
Some collectors can afford these items upon release, but just $20 at the wrong time can cause them to miss out. That's why I look for retailers who don't charge the NRD.
