EMH is getting closer for me. It was stuck in New York for quite a while, but as of early this morning it’s in Kansas. I’m in South Dakota so at least it’s heading my way. Maybe I’ll have it by Saturday or possibly Tuesday (Monday is a holiday).
Someone just informed me she received EMH in Seattle. We shipped hers last Friday from China.... but from the same lot going to NE US are stuck somewhere unknown because of the extreme weather. I am still waiting for a DHL 2nd day delivery that also shipped on last Saturday. Shipments all ran through the system differently, sometimes even strange routes due to limited flights on a worldwide level. All in all, results and experience are totally random for logistic distribution for ANY international shipping.

I just realized something. When I use the China tracking for my EMH by only clicking the link in the e-mail, it looks like there has been no movement since December 24th. It shows "History detail". I thought that was the same as tracking. Apparently not.

Because if I click the green button on the page, that says "Track parcel", according to that the EMH already has reached Frankfurt today!

About the EMH, love the suit! The blue is awesome too!

You should see how much bitching I have been receiving saying we are slow and the worst company in the industry... the fracking delay of shipment is all our fault because we didn't manage it well....

How to manage well? I really don't know what else can be done when every country implements and changes their restrictions on a daily basis.
That's insane! They need to try preordering from another 1/6th company and see how long they have to wait (ahem two years for Hot Toys Doc Brown).
Some people are never happy
EXO-6 = brand new 1/6th company
= fastest preorder to shipping
= high quality figures & tailoring
= improved packaging
= collectors imput, communication & feedback listened too
= long term plan to complete crews
= regular social media contact
= below industry standard prices

What's not to love?

That’s terrible. I sold a figure on eBay once during this pandemic. The lady took 4-5 days to pay and I shipped within 24 hours of payment and provided tracking. Two days later she threatened to open an eBay case because it had not arrived and tracking had it in a different state. She was vicious and blamed me for USPS routing it in some crazy route. Post Office’s website even warned people of shipping delays due to the pandemic. In the end it took them 5 days to deliver it instead of the originally estimated 3. Thankfully that was just one person. I cannot imagine dealing with any more than one.

Janeway has beamed in! Aside from some QA with a partially visible seam in her hair, she’s pretty good. Might find someone in the UK who’s talented at repainting/resculpting to correct it, but for now she looks good!

Agree with the sentiment on shipping here: it’s just the way of the world at the moment, so exercising patience will go a long way to achieving contentment.

Actually I’m thinking EMH will arrive tomorrow. If not by Saturday for sure. He’s now in a city around three hours from where I am. :yess:

People like to bitch. There is no normal here.

Not terribly ethical to trash someone on a public forum, Nanjin. While you didn't mention me directly, you reference my work, which a lot of people know. I've done great work for both QMx and EXO-6 - among other companies that value my work, and supported both Trek lines in my very much seen social profiles. I've also helped you with issues you've had with sculpts in the past, working to show what could be improved. I'm not the world's biggest Trek fan, but I do love it and I have most of the figures in my display.

You can judge a couple of pics - that you approved and posted - or you can look at a full body of work. Work that you loved and helped promote your figures pretty well. I work very reasonably too, but I can't just work for figures.
I am sorry if I said something offended you. I really like your work. But I must have used some wrong wordings for one particular comment.

I hereby clarified and apologize if i offended you.

Folk should count themselves lucky that anything at all is getting out of China. They have been hit by Covid too and I would imagine that their measures are going to be pretty strict. Even if the postal service is running well, the docks and air freight depots may well not be. Everything is slow coming out of there. They will be undermanned and under the gun. The days of swifty swifty EMS within weeks are sadly over.

If you ordered it from a reputable source, it will come. If you want to pass the time, watch some Trek box sets!
