Oh jail them absolutely. But not to rot. A few years will teach em. Unless they had a bigger part.

Interesting turn of events with his friends trying to dump his laptop and backpack with empty fireworks. Throw those ****s in jail and let them rot.
It's not like they flushed a dimebag down the toilet. They knew he killed women and children and they helped him to try and cover it up. Jail 'em then deport them.

Maybe the government should make the student visa process harder to get into
Yup. GTFO, and take the student visa program with you.

Whoa, hold up. The student visa program, if it's anything like ours, not only offers a revenue stream for universities, it is also a valuable education and cultural exchange program that allows the US to build and maintain social and economic networks built on mutual interests and understanding. Tighten things up procedurally sure, but the US should be wary of pulling down the shutters on foreign students in response to this act.
In our country, it gives terrorists a means to collect welfare and plot bombings.
I have no quaalms with students from civilized countries entering. Open arms, and all. However, countries that struggle with the concept of civility need to be filtered with extreme prejudice. If you can't get past the whole live and let live ethos, you need to **** off. Period.
Was the older brother going to school too? His wife was working 80 hours a week and he loved his expensive cars and clothes. I wouldn't be a bit surprised if he wasn't on welfare too.
He was collecting welfare up until 2013.
