And by the way, what was in the water at Sideshow today??? First Chicky gives the EU guys the "what for" and now the "word" from you! I love the brutal honesty!!! We can take it! Keep it coming!!! :rotfl

I love it when people actually do that.

Sorry Kurgans. Does Medicom or Hot Toys have a official board to protest for a figure?

Not blaming either for its demise. Commenting on how, in some lines you wait an eternity for a main character and may not even get it/him. Other lines [$tar War$] get a multitude of lesser, background or filler characters quickly.

You have a company. Are you going to invest money into a product that in the past did not sell well or are you going to invest money into the product that sells pretty damn well?

And SS did make the "MAIN ANTAGONIST". Modern Kurgan had more screen time.

And thus we have the reason why $tar War$ dominates the market. I love Star Wars but frankly I have reached my saturation point with the licensing of it. There are other licenses I'd like to collect. It's a niche market but by producing in limited quantities you cater to that smaller niche market and don't get left holding the bag with unsold inventory. Not every license can compete on the same level as $tar War$.

Thank you for your valor in standing by our side Ironman!!! This is indeed odd news that the entire license has been pulled. I've never seen that before...

And not to be a jerk... but didn't the Darklord swear that armor had never been sculpted for the Medieval Kurgan?!? Hmmm interesting.

Oh well, like Les said... moving on...

Yea, it sucks that the smaller lines are affected by it. People post all the time how they cancelled their Terminators, Jasons and Dead so they can order Bib Fortuna instead.

I still hope for a Ygor.

I'd cancel Bib for a Ygor!!! (Of course, I already have Bib, but you know what I mean!!!) :lol

Wasn't he just reiterating that point a few days ago as well? :tap :lol

I was on the right track with my first assumption! but I changed my mine and thought it was a full name since you had "Ardor" capitalized, so I was searching for a name!

To put a positive spin on it though - if its pulled at the licensor's request that might mean that they want to do something new with it and having SSC's remaining products would be a distraction. Given the Source is coming out sometime in the not too distant future (touch wood) maybe someone else will pick up the licence and run with it.

Who knows.

I was afraid the license had been pulled. Thanks for the confirmation everyone. That sucks.

I know it's fun to kiddingly rub Krusader's collective noses in this but the Krusade had nothing to do with the death of the line. And some may believe the Krusade failed. I can never believe that. We may not have gotten our figure but the Krusade succeeded on a much larger level.

The Krusade took a group of tight knit Freaks and made them even tighter. These are the kind of people one is glad to have fighting along side them in the trenches of life. They got your back.

I might not have joined this board if it had not been for the Krusade. I have only joined one other forum and never posted there but I knew here I could find people like me. Funloving, goodhearted, ornery and a little nuts.:) I've been a lurker for a while but I needed something to actually push me into the community. The Krusade was that catalyst.

We have raucous fun and yet still manage to be friends at the end of the day. The Freaks board is awesome. And part of the reason it's great is for allowing things like the Krusade to blossom.

Thanks for hearing me out.
