Falconer Predator review

It's Toy Fair time, so if you're like me, you'll be seeing all kinds of new goodies this week that you never realized you needed, but now can't live without. And a lot of those things I need are coming from Hot Toys.

I'm looking at their last Predator release, the Falconer Predator. Taken all by himself (and ignoring the price tag), he's pretty sweet, but he's outshined by the earlier release of the Berserker.

Good review Mike. I appreciate you taking the time to do these reviews.

But, I disagree on a few opinions/statements made in the article. First, IMO this won't be the "last of the characters from this incarnation" that Hot Toys will make. Tracker and Classic will be made...it's just a matter of time. If there's money to be made...Hot Toys will make it. And any HT's Pred is a cash cow. Also, the majority of the sculpting is there already. A new bio and a few other tweeks and you have the rest of the clan. So the cost of new figures is minimal.

Secondly, the accessories. It seems to be a push for me...no plasma caster and mandibles, but you get a whole new falcon accessory in place of those. Falconer had no caster in the film and obviously the interchangeable mandibles are useless. I know the bio not being removable is an issue for some. Not for me.

I have both Berserker and Falconer and in comparing the two, Falconer is a better looking figure than Berserker. Again, this is my personal opinion.
