oh i'm usually crying with laughter watching family guy. It's the funniest program on telly for me going by laugh per episode. South Park is very close behind that. American Dad was even better in my opinion... i loved that show but I guess it got canceled after one season

Our UK box set(3 discs) says it's 'season 1' but is only 13 episodes. I just read that the US DVD is just out and we're getting the next one in the UK at the end of the month.

Family Guy is great...I love all the references from the 80s.

The clip was missing a lot of Star Wars references though. The Sandpeople choir was one I remember that was funny but not there.

If I'm not mistaken, they had an add for the Season 2 dvd this past week as well. I think they're on Season 3 at the moment.

I gotta say that most of the time I like American Dad more than Family Guy. And that's saying a lot considering how much I love Family Guy.

Thanks Deng - I also hate Family Guy - I've tried watching it more times than I can count, but it seems more stupid than funny. Those Robot Chicken spots had far more laughs than anything Family Guy.

I'm in agreement--- I never really enjoyed the scenes that I caught fro FAMILY GUY so it's not a show that I've ever really taken the time to sit down and watch.

Now those Robot Chicken scenes.... hilarious-- can't wait for the SW Special.
