No some parents aren't thinking when they decide to have kids or maybe they don't realise the possible outcome of having relations.

Just having become a new father this to pisses me off.

I know he won't but i hope the guy gets a huge fine or community service like daily visits to a childrens hospital for kids that are really sick then maybe he'll realise how precious they are,what an AH.

Or something that will prob affect him more a life time ban to any theatre.
