Just say "no" to villains, kids. :nono

Even though I don't usually like villains, this is one of the few that I do like. I like magic and the origin of the character. I particularly liked the X Men cartoon in which that geek guy got the Juggernaut's powers. Frankly, I think they should have let Cain Marko die. Would serve him right for doing evil with his powers. It's not like he is Professor X's brother by blood or anything. Plus, he was such a bully with Professor X when they were children. It's called karma if he dies.:) Then let the geek Juggernaut join the X men and be a hero with his powers. Too bad.

True. And this piece does look pretty nice IMO. I just have to uphold my "no villain" rule because IF I don't, Ski and Jye will never let me live that one down. :lol

comic juggy > movie juggy

No doubt. They ruined Juggernaut in the movie. His powers are magical, and he should have been done in CG. He isn't a mutant, so he should have been unaffected by that kid who could take away powers in the movie. It was absurd.

yeah!!hadn't they read any comics before they make the movie???

I posted this in another thread yesterday: I thought that I would post it here know that I see there is a thread specifically for the Jugger. Here it is:

I would never deny that the Faux Bronze by Bowen are not impressive ... they certainly are.

As an avid collector, I am not impressed with the number of older pieces Bowen has decided to go back and FB them. To me, they are breaking the edition number, and are using the fact it is a FB now to recast something that should not be done again.

If you are going to introduce FB, then do it at the time of the release of the piece along with the color one. Like SS did with the Jurassic Park T-Rex Dio.

Don't go back and do many of your pieces over again.

Look at the latest to join the FB Bowen line:

Really, for those people who have the original piece, seen it go up in value, now are going to find it sliding back because AFTER the piece was finished, they go back and decide to make some more in a different color.

I can see maybe a couple of pieces to do this, but why so many? It is no impressive for me, and is making me rethink about how many Bowen pieces to continue keeping in my collection.
