I had a Spider-Man video game for the old Nintendo 64 and one of the unlockable costumes was called Captain Universe or something like that and it looked similar to that. I don't know anything about it though.

Okay, what about this one.

That is Cosmic Spidey! Its when he was bestowed the Power Cosmic during the tail-end of the Acts of Vengeance crossover. He fought Grey Hulk in that look and knocked him to space. He was called Captain Universe. Whenever you get the Uni-power you are called Captain Universe and when you have that power you are the most powerful in the universe with no limitations. Of course that was short lived but still an awesome look.

I had every issue of Spider-Man 2099 and would kill for a Comiquette or PF in that costuming. IIRC, his costume was a Mardi Gras costume that was tailored after he received his powers. It was the first time organic spinnerettes were introduced that later moved into the 616 Universe.
