I don't really enjoy most girl singers because they lack the edge you need to be a front person in a band. They sing with little voices that sound terrible or whiny or worse...gospel like.

I think Zooey Deschanel has a great voice.

I also think Natalie from the Dixie Chicks has a killer voice. Very confident and full in the right places.
