In MMA I still think Rashad owns both: KO by Kick = Sean Salmon and KO by Punch = Chuck Liddell.

Boxing, hands down the destruction of Tommy Morrison by Ray Mercer. That's the most brutal KO I've ever seen in any form of combat sports actually. Morrison's jaw was broken in multiple places and had to be wired shut after that.

Reminds me of an old kickboxing match between Stan Longinidis vs. Dennis Alexio (guy from the Kickboxer film, played JCVD's bro)). I guess breaking Alexio's leg would be called a technical knockout?

During December the 6th 1992, Australian kick boxer, Stan "The Man" Longinidis broke Alexio's leg. The fight lasted six seconds before Alexio's shin bone was shattered in front of 10,000 fans as well as a further 3000+ watching the show live on closed circuit TV

ah my god, i HATE HATE HATE seeing or knowing about leg breaks. makes me cringe for reals.

Ive trained with Alexio a couple times....he came to our dojo to show us some stuff. He was a good friend of one of our students. Amazing guy, and the pride of hawaii in the kickboxing world. He is one of the greatest kickboxers in the our lifetime imo. Alexio retired with a record of 70-2 65 by KO

I was surprised to see Alexio do that film with Van Damme considering the way he portrayed himself as a professional kickboxer. Don Wilson's editorial about the whole situation was really moving.

Always loved K-1 better then the new UFC.
