My favourite's T2, with T1 close behind. T1 is awesome, but T2 is basically the same movie with a bigger budget and better looking production values/music/special effects. It's T1 done better. Plus I love watching Terminators throw each other around.

T3 was fun for what it was. Not really as timeless as the first two.
