Favourite MCU Costumes

Many of the big MCU characters have had multiple looks by now, and for those still with us, as time goes on they'll likely continue to. Looking at some of the bigger players, I'd pick:

• A1 Hulk
• A1 Loki
• TWS Winter Soldier
• AoU Captain America
• AoU Thor
• CW Iron Man Mark 46
• CW Hawkeye
• Post-credits Dr. Strange (Yellow gloves)
• Far From Home Black & Red Spidey
• WandaVision Scarlet Witch (Final appearance)
• Final Appearance Black Widow (Solo film, not Endgame's VERY final appearance LOL)

Hulk and Black Widow were easy, Dr. Strange as well ... most difficult was Iron Man but in spite of very minor quibbles with the design, I think the 46 is the best cinematic rendering of the armour, bridging comics and a contemporary 'real-world' feel in design if not execution.

So to my eyes, some of the designs peaked years ago, whereas others have only just now evoked the full spirit of the characters. Thoughts?

• Iron Man - Mk III

This was mine for a long time, but I almost wonder if the Hot Toys renditions are what turned me off it as my number one.

The Mark III and the Mark IV have strong, graphic elements and lack the over-designed aspect of later suits. I would probably give it to the Mark III over the IV for being that much leaner in terms of design elements (little details like cleaner shoulder armour and curved bicep armour).

My problem with the 46 has long been that all the extra panels curving across its surface felt too busy, but the torso design looks like a performance sports car so I've warmed up to it.

- Valkyrie : Endgame version - White costume with that long and braided hairstyle
- Wanda : Scarlett Witch costume from the finale of WandaVision
- Iron-spidey suit (yes, me too)
- Captain Marvel : Short hair + Costume from the big Thanos fight
- White Vision
- Killmonger in his panther suit
- Black Widow White Snow suit !
- The mighty Thor (technically not fully revealed yet)

Scarlet Witch: WV finale
Iron Man: Mk 85
Cap: Toss up between A1 (big fan of the classic colors there) and EG (in a perfect world, that EG suit would've had more white detailing on the sleeves, though)
Hulk: A1
Thor: AoU
Hawkeye: AoU opening scene (kind of a nice nod to a classic comic book look, IMO)
BW: Solo movie black-and-gold (minus the weird hair and "fang-whip-chuk-stick" doohickeys. LOL
Doctor Strange: DEFINITELY gotta go with "Iron Strange". LOLOLOL (In all seriousness, I think his Ragnarok look in the end-credits scene was my fave)
