I do like the show but it's Def not as compelling as the original show. One problem is we have no patience for ppl on the learning curve in the apocalypse.

I do like what they're doing with Nick the addict who's had the easiest time acclimating on land. Basically in his life as a junkie he was already the walking dead. He learns to blend in with walkers pretty fast.

We also are used to characters who have already developed- reached that stage where a lesson has been learned and theyve been battle tested. We have a long way to go withh this crew.

My big complaint is that i cant keep watching dumb teens screw up and that being the drive for that week's show.

I started wondering about Strand as his backstory progressed and then it was confirmed at the end. Interesting take. Show is really starting to pick up.

I'm not convinced yet he isn't just playing Abigail and is in for a long con.

I've been pleasantly surprised by the last two episodes.
Chris is still a pain in the butt and I hope he bites it soon. What a dead weight to be carrying around...
Nick and Strand have become really interesting to follow. I kinda like Strand's outing, it's cool to see his real motivations.
Madison's getting on my nerves though.

But yeah, my faith in the show is restored for now.

I think the whole boat thing has run it's course now, I hope they find land tonight. Anytime they find new or interesting characters, in two episodes they basically move past them. I'm not sure I really like that. It seemed like the cute Asian girl was starting to understand why they did what they did and she didn't seem so mad at them anymore, so I'm surprised they didn't try and bring her back with them. She seems like a really good character.
