the lack of walkers and killings by the walkers is lousy. Too much family drama stuff, and I think it's dumb to bring Chris and his goons back the very next episode. They should be gone for awhile, so that it makes it interesting if they come back in the next season or something. The writing just isn't as good with this show. Madison keeps doing the same stupid ****, putting others lives in danger because of her "motherly" instincts. Someone needs to tell her *** if she does that again, she's going to get put down.

I actually don't mind Travis. I wanted him to beat the **** out of his son who at first was just annoying but now has clearly developed a sadistic nature all too quickly in the new world. Doing what you need to do to survive is one thing but Chris (?) is getting smug about it. He needs a beating.

Who stayed up last night for the 2 hour finale? I thought it ended the season decently. I loved the scenes with Travis and his anger for his son loss but glad the son is dead. Now Travis has become the badass I've been waiting for. It was only a matter of time.

the dude tried to stop travis from going primal and got his head slammed in a door, they said his brain was swelling and needed to relieve pressure.
Saw the son in the season opener of Agents of Shield. That might have been a clue that he was getting offed on this show. Haven't seen it yet but looking forward to it now

agreed, I wish they would have stayed with the tone of the first season. I really liked the "horror" element of the walkers. This just seems like a WD web series.

I feel a little bad for the actor that Chris got taken out offscreen kinda. Just a short flashback. But damn, he really needed to be put down anyway. I hope you're right that it will mean that he finally grows a backbone. But I just see him moping for the rest of the next season. For a while I was thinking/hoping Travis was going to kill Chris himself when they were back on the farm.

The finale was pretty good. I do wish they had kept more of the horror vibe, but it's still a good show.
Just got done watching the penultimate episode and it was good. Chris was an *******, no sympathy for him, but since the other guys were also *******s I loved seeing Travis beat the **** out of them.
