Philmah, yeah I actually started him up, but stopped because I wasn't sure how I wanted to do his headband. I was thinking of cutting up the head so it has two parts and using a real cloth headband with wiring in there so you can pose it. I initially did him as just a one piece with sculpted headband so he's just sitting for now until I finish Akuma and Guile before I get back to him. Funny I worked on Ryu first since he's my favorite character but now he's gonna be the last of three I started.

Looks great so far John!
This is just my opinion but I think if you push the frown part a bit further down closer to the eyes and also adjust/move the mouth slightly higher you'll see more wrath in this Akuma
Alternatively you can do another teeth showing variant

Yeh thats a good idea. the neutral expression one you can pose him standing with arms folded.

Yeah, ryu is my character in the game. I'd love to have a 1/6 figure of him.
