it's not even potato tier, game toys is 90-100% spot on, it's just the promo shots looked better for the main head versus the young head, which looks lie the promo 100%. I don't think we'll ever get a better Zack figure in this decade if not longer, but I know gametoys doesn't do things half assed, they put a whole 2 extra cheeks in there.

It's still possible it's just the lighting, but I can't help but think if you stuck the older Zack hair on Young Zack's head, it'd look better. Could be wrong, but who knows.

It is difficult to judge a product by a photo. There is also a clear difference between the actual product and the photo in CLOUD.
Let's stop arguing and judge the product after it's released.

So I just got invoiced for the vts zack deluxe from KGHobby. I was only buying it for the Chocobo accessory. Now that I have this other Chocobo, I'm a little reluctant because this vts one looks like it is feral and rabid by comparison... still got a few days to decide...

Avoid in my opinion. ShowZ/Gundamit has a deep discount on AC Cloud and it stand to reason Zack will also eventually get a deep discount. Even if you lose your KGH deposit now, if you change your mind down the line you can order the Zack from Showz/Gundamit and the final price will probably come out close to even.

The more I watch this thread the more I realize the market for 1/6 costumes lol

Honestly more companies should consider selling costumes for variations that wouldn’t be feasible for entire figure runs. Or even for figures they don’t think would be beneficial to make in the first place. Like, unsure if a 3rd Class/Roche would sell? Just sell the outfit. Don’t think it’s worth selling three different Aeriths? Sell the other dresses separate and people can swap the head onto other bodies.

True but people don't want to swap out clothes a lot, they should sell the bodies on the side too, especially game toys, it's a real shame they don't sell em seperately.
