Damn, I wonder how to I get my refund for Zack since I paid that off with partially payment plan.

I got my refund today with partial.ly. TW have to authorise it I think but they did refund each payment I made, even my $100+ deposit.

Yes, here's hoping. I don't want to bear any bad news, but PayPal is unwilling to help if the payment is older than 180 days; considering I pre-ordered Zack back in February, they were unable to help me in the scenario. Emailing their CS and asking for a cancellation on your order number, providing your PayPal email in the same email, and requesting a full refund is your best option. Best of luck to you.

Didn't think I would keep Zack but I just might. Might sell off Daytona though to make room for AC Fenrir instead. Will have to see.

I've been reading this particular thread for a good few months now. Decided to stop lurking and finally jump in.

Like all of you, I am a massive FF7 fan. I learned about Gametoys figures rather late, but I am pleased to say I got an AC Cloud figure locked down before the pre-order window for him closed. I honestly cannot wait to recieve him.

It pains me that I missed out on the Remake Cloud and Sephiroth figures, as I think both of those are just perfection. If it's not too bold of me to ask, if any of you ever feel like moving on your Remake Cloud and Sephi figures at any point in time, please let me know, as I would relish the opportunity to own them.

Hope all of you good peeps who have been let down by TW get your monies back. I think it's awful the way they conduct themselves.

So my email saying my cancelation request was declined was a bot reply I guess, because I got this today. Well, thank **** that's over with lol I'm never talking about them again unless it's fair warning to never, ever shop there.

Remember summer 2021 I received a call from my paypal account manager telling me with immediate effect - paypal will keep 25% of all funds for 60 days

It is due to RISK CONTROL of the field we are in

Been using paypal and selling collectibles for 15 years, I don't understand why there are risk with my business, our dispute rate is less than 0.001%

She said it's due to other company, paypal monitor and make decision for the whole industry, I don't know if she lies to me but the word TW pops up in my brain instantly
