Yeah, dude hasn't even been on the site since last Saturday. Ah well. Miss the updates, but maybe it's for the best that it's less frequent. I got my Sephiroth from them as well. This gave them some cred from my part, then I saw that they are messing up Cloud orders of which I was kind of skeptical about, but then along came Zack. As soon as I received my refund for all of my GT orders, I bailed.

BBTS pulled it because it wasn't licensed, presumably after it caught a lot of attention on social media and gaming news sites. It's still being sold by Kit and other places, granted, so it's been a decision by BBTS rather than EA or McGee putting the kibosh on it, but it's a fairly prudent example of the risk associated with unlicensed products if enough attention is drawn to them. Perhaps even more so with GT's efforts given how protective Square are of the FF brand.

Head without neck studio. You can find them on Facebook. I reached out to them. Neck is super cheap but shipping was outrageous. I couldn't justify the price so I passed for the time being.

Im hoping when AC Cloud release they actually have stock to ship since they kept on refusing to refund to my original payment. Plus I'm still have partially payment plan on it. They insist on only do store credit. If they end up delaying it like Zack hopefully they able to refund me the full amount like they did Zack. I'm was kinda surprised the fact Sephiroth didn't sold out as quick as it should be until people start posting reviews of Cloud.
If I recall, @Ma2amune also paid via partial.ly and he got his refund, but I might be mistaken. Also I don't want to bear bad news but Kit confirmed that GT requires a deposit for their figure pre-orders, and TW did not pay any deposits, so they will not receive any orders unless purchased at after-market price, which will consequently skyrocket given the rarity/high-demand of AC Cloud. They will scam you, I suggest getting a refund and staying as far away from that website as you can.
