If I recall, @Ma2amune also paid via partial.ly and he got his refund, but I might be mistaken. Also I don't want to bear bad news but Kit confirmed that GT requires a deposit for their figure pre-orders, and TW did not pay any deposits, so they will not receive any orders unless purchased at after-market price, which will consequently skyrocket given the rarity/high-demand of AC Cloud. They will scam you, I suggest getting a refund and staying as far away from that website as you can.

Shoutout to Kit for finding me a 2nd class body! So happy to be free from the clutches of TW for good and to complete my Zack display. Also, I took a pic of the shipper box (Naruto wallet to cover the shipping details lol) because this is the best condition I've ever seen one in lol I usually get them with dents and nicks all over, but that [Fragile] sticker gave it a huge defense boost or something invulnerability active

Be more threatening with them. Don't take no for an answer, that's your money after all. Say you will get your money back via a bank chargeback, report them to PayPal as a fraudulent company; light a fire under their ass. I don't know, these are just the steps I did. They're scared of getting reports on PayPal because it might void them of the service. Mention you would like your order <order #_____> cancelled and the refund returned to your original payment method. Be straight forward and don't leave out details as they like to **** around and take days just to reply. I wish you luck my friend. Also look up partial.ly's buyer protection program. With PayPal it is only 180 days, any longer and they're unwilling to help.

Thank you!!! There's a couple on Aliexpress from the seller DASONG2. Reliable guy. Bought my Cloud & Bike off him. Overpriced yeah, but not ebay prices. Kit doesn't have any more unfortunately. He was only able to source them as a set (main zack + extra body) so I banded together with a member here and we purchased the set together and had them split before transit. Best of luck to you, I believe Aliexpress is the cheapest option at the moment. Prices are only going up unfortunately but it's understandable granted how magnificent these figures are.

In the 8+ years of collecting I have had no custom officer open any of my stuff receiving or sending abroad.

I’ve had items worth £1k+ and they never checked in massive statue boxes, but then it’s the risk I take and touch wood, I’ve been done.

I also bought from AliExpress and Chinese sellers are known to undervalue parcels so buyers don’t get hit by additional charges.

I might check out Aliexpress for the second body then, I did see they have bundle for $600 which is not bad, but I already have the main Zack coming, just want to see what option out there for second body before headed to Aliexpress.

I look up on partial.ly but unfortunately I couldn't find any buyer protection, and it said only the Merchant can refund. Which I think why TW use them it seem to favor Seller over Buyer. I might just contact my bank at this point. Just because they kept giving bs like only store credit after 30 days.

Did you mention that this was your second Cloud/Hardy combo? Forgive me for asking, but will you be making use of the second figure?

I suppose if any of the online stores you mentioned were up to no good collectors would be shouting it from the rooftops as they have been doing with TW.


It's rife here in the UK as well sadly. I am amazed by the number of accident claims I qualify for for accidents I have never had and by amount of money I keep winning from places I have never heard of, lol.

For this combo I was able to choose:
Registered Mail from Hong Kong Post or EMS.
For this order it was the first option and has tracking. Second obviously has that too.

Yep its my second and with Cloud yes. The second Daytona stays in its shipper.
I only wanted a Cloud actually. But well.. the Daytona itself looks nice. Maybe I will sell it separately in the future

Trust me, Im too scared of being scammed or having my data sold to others. But in this case I trusted them.

OnesixthKit is one the best. Made as well good experience with Gianttoys aswell. If one of the other shops would scam, everyone around here would already mention that.

BTW, my package came today from KGHobby.
Actually.. The shipper was in "good" condition. BUT..how they shipped it is .. well take a look for yourself. I know someone experienced something like that as well.

But all those stamps on the Daytona Shipper.. Well I have an intact shipper in the backhand for the case I will sell one. But its sad to see that. Cloud on the other hand is in very good condition.
There is another problem now. Since its the Deluxe version, you should get Clouds extra hands for the bike. Those are missing. (Fortunately I have them from the stand alone version of the Daytona..)
But I already contacted KGHobby about that issue. Lets see how their after sale service is. It took 11 days, without any custom fees/taxes.

The clothing isnt as accurate as the GT one.. but still has the feel and vibe. Need just another body to fix the height issue then. But we will see!
Maybe I can save me an AC Cloud if he gets released :O

I'm sure he'll be grabable once he actually starts to release, there's always that period right after release when like one or two reputable stores put a few up, but you'd have to be quick about it too. But yeah, I haven't seen a VTS that I'd like to grab tbh, they just don't fit the bill for me.

Yup, thats what Im hoping for! I was able to observe this situation with GTs Zack. There is a some kind of likeness to the character, but not the one GT can offer.
But the diorama bases are really nice looking. To create something like that you need time, the idea and skills. Maybe I will try an approach on creating one myself.. but I'm not sure yet.

Oh.. VTS Zack was ... I believe its best not to talk about that failure.. The heads are.. well .. I waited for @elbeartoys reviews (Dude you rock btw. I like your vids ") and was.. well shocked? I did miss the Zack pre-order time and was looking for him on Aliexpress. When I saw the first in hand pictures of a vendor there.. I thought it was a cheap knockoff or something. But after the review of Zack from Elbeartoys .. I was again shocked :O
VTS should focus on diorama pieces instead of figures. Maybe their FFVII line did end with Zack. :O

Oh I watch his stuff too! Yeah he does fantastic work. But yeah, I'm mainly looking into 1/6 stuff purely for a Zack fix, and VTS doesn't hit for me whatsoever. The dioramas? Stellar, but the awful heads and huge base body that can't even bend the elbows past 90°? No thanks. Regardless, I'm excited to get in GT Zack, the new PAK Zack, and that Zack plush SE solicited a while ago and really put up the Zack Shrine I've deserved since 2008.
