Don't feel too bad. Mine took a tumble off a shelf and one of the jointed arm pegs broke off inside the shoulder and no matter how much I tried I ended up having to drill out the piece opening up the hole in the process, then I had to put a **** ton of super glue in the socket so I could at least use the seamless arms.If SE did their own 1/6 line they’d probably try to charge like $400 a pop.
Also I got the glue off my Cloud… but now I gave a battle damaged Cloud… here’s hoping for a 2.0 one day.
Still one of my favourite figures though.

Please let the boss know to not close up shop or at least get the tifa figure out to us before stopping or taking a break from FF. I'm like getting FOMO no thanks to SE.Based on SE figure history, quality wise definitely wont be superior than gt. Its not easy to plan, test, produce a 1/6 figure. The time, cost etc etc.
Example: A different body type between tifa and aerith,if want to save cost then SE would just use the same body type.gt would develop 2 different type of body, and use silicone grade body.
One of the downside of silicone body is the high reject rate during production. Thats why licensed product use doesn't really use silicone grade body on figure. They outsource it to oem factory, whoever have the lowest quotation price get the project.
current FF series 1/6 figure line top1 is gt and gt only,by using the top quality method(headsculpt, completeness of the figure)which put them on top place from other 3rd party brand like VTS,superduck etc etc. And they improve after each figure released.
Thats why gt is on top of the hunting list.
As for the rumor,I use “rumor” as a disguise.
SE plan is simple,by being the sole licensed side=monopoly market.
Yes,ppl will buy even the outcome figure is **** quality, but it just pure sad to see those character displayed as low quality figure.
SE ,if you see this message, please think.
Why you think the playart kai line failed?
Howabout a triple side win solution?Plan with focus on good quality figure, outsource it to capable person. customer get good figure.
Will this head be a product for sale?Received my 1st Class today and its great but I currently have a 2nd Zack head on it atm while I sort out the Cloud head. One thing I've always thought was off with the GT Heads is the hair at the back and how it sort of points up. I wanted to capture the backwards point as much as possible and I'm also adding rolling eyes as its all the rage these days
I suppose if there's a demand for it I wouldWill this head be a product for sale?
I wasn't against SE starting one up. I just hope that Gametoys at minimum can deliver what they have announced and sold out on pre-orders for.Guess I'll be the dissenting opinion, then, and say I'd be very happy to see Square start up their own 1/6 line. They have shown a willingness to go deep in their previous lines, and GT is wholly disinterested in making any character that isn't a twink.
People treat the prospect like it's getting a 7/10 SE figure over a 10/10 third party figure, but it's actually getting a 7/10 SE figure over getting no third party figure at all. It's easier to repaint a headsculpt than it is to build a figure from scratch.

PAK prices are ridiculous, so just imagine their 1/6 prices.
If they ever did an AC Cloud and Fenrir set I could see it being easily $1500 or more. Granted, it would probably be easier to get than the GT set, but who knows what the quality would be like in comparison.PAK prices are ridiculous, so just imagine their 1/6 prices.
