So I ordered a second set of 1st Class arms just in case anything ever happens and noticed a couple differences from the initial batch.

First, the skin tone is not as pale and doesn't match the AC head.
Second, the veinwork is different. The first batch had blue veins with no actual sculpting. The veins on the second batch have no color and bulge out.

not sure if other people experience the color issue, but I preferred the veins of the initial batch more...

Well the socket size is too big for the remake body and it doesn't have the bandage wrapping, so I'm guessing it's the 1st class skeleton with the remake silicone part... not quite a "defect" but I wonder if I can return this to OSK?

It's entirely possible I'm mistaken as I don't have a first batch arm to compare it to, but my second batch arms look more like the ones on the left here, to my eye. They at least seem to match his face skintone, again to my eye. So you may have gotten a bad set?
I just opened my extra set of 1st Class arms from Gundamit and I have the same problem. Compared to the first set of arms that I got back in June, this silicone looks too tan and doesn't match the AC Cloud headsculpt as well as the first batch of these, which match perfectly. The veins don't look as good either.

If I didn't have the first set to compare with, I probably wouldn't have noticed, but it definitely stands out now. I wonder what happened, seems like GT didn't mix the silicone paint exactly the same this time around.

Luckily, I bought these as just a backup pair so hopefully I won't have to use them.

Seeing other people's uploaded pics and videos, it seems the case for the batch. The fact that the veins are sculpted makes me think it's more than just a paint mix issue...

It's better than having damaged arms, but I hope I won't need them as well.

Yep, that's what mine looks like as well and I confirmed that the packaging was for the correct 1st Class batch for the AC head.

I almost looks like they were testing out some new stuff, perhaps for a future Noctis release, and decided to use that silicone/vein technique on these.

It must be a packaging error? They match Remake better than Remake's original. Somebody got sleepy in the factory and put a bunch into the wrong box... maybe
