This line is 1/6.5 scale. Why not just 1/6 idk, ask Square Enix. He's 27.5cm and costs 26.7k yen on amiami. Honestly not too crazy if quality in the production version holds up

If that would be start of MC line from all of the games, I'll bite and buy them all. But if it's just Noctis, Lightning and Fran then meh.

gt actually did do some testing on dress version tifa，normally the dress is more simple to mass produce compare to battle dress. But one problem which is those wavy pattern is too difficult to produce（ gt did tried put some wire， laser cut，heat treatment， different material，but cant present the same “Elegant feeling”of tifa dress. so project onhold.

Do you know if they tried lining the inside with a stiffer fabric that would respond better to setting the pleats? I ask since that was my plan lol wanna know if the experiments been tried already

I did see it was up for preorder at Amiami. Do we suspect it will be available in US outlets? (Direct from SE or BBTS or something?)

Fingers crossed for Aerith then at some point. Gotta assume as a big seller like Giantoy this would be credible but lol

I only recently realized their Steppenwolf was also way overdue, which only made me more concerned if this company actually still exists. I don't know if there's any credence to the rumor that they're also Toys Battalion, but it would explain where they've been since TB has actually been putting their stuff out at a consistent rate.

Starman's Tifa should be coming up in the next few months. I know I'm probably coping, but after getting their Cammy, I've got some restored faith for their delivery.

What made me think of this was seeing GT's purple dress.
I looked up Starman and ACG and they both don't have the ruffles like GT was trying to simulate.

But many of us here have known of GT boss' perfectionist ways for years now. No detail left behind! Or forgotten.
Only forgotten/teased possible releases (I'm look at you, Cloudette, Shinra Cloud, Vincent, Yuna, and Aerith)

If they did a Shinra Cloud, they would need to add a cloud head with it. Just a body would be asinine imo.

Tbh, since they didn’t bother to be totally screen accurate anyway, I’m a little sad ACG didn’t at least do the ruffle on a separate trim. But then maybe they tried and it just looked TOO different compared to leaving it off.
