I think I'd go for the SS, for the body. If you are gonna use this head.

Medi Yoda's hands are beautifully sculpted (really adding gesture to a pose more than SSC's basic hands) and they are ball jointed.

Well now I just don't know.... I'm thinking, for me, Yoda is more of a static figure, standing there with his cane and thinking. So the hands would be important.

I think Medi's articulation is completely fine for OT Yoda. I doubt the actual puppet had much more!

Yup. I have the Medi. And it's great. I like having in hand comparisons. My SS yoda should be here in a few days.
