Common piece of advice if you haven't heard it is to keep a hair-dryer nearby. It really comes in handy for softening some stiff and tough plastic of the figures when putting them together.
I used a hair dryer on Wolf's loincloth and on his head when attaching it to the neck joint. But I've used a hair dryer extensively on the older Predator models...ESPECIALLY the AVP ones.
