I'll be the first to say I hated Robert Downey Jr, I saw him in Kiss Kiss Bang Bang and thought he was really good in it. He looks bad ass in this pic!!

The story line is kinda similiar between Wayne and Stark at Least. The whole multimillion-dollar industry guy thing with access to all kinds of cool stuff to make who they really are Ironman and Batman bigger better etc.
