I have a package arriving today via USPS and I’m thinking it might be this figure.

Edit: Nah, it‘s something else. Hobby related, so that’s good. But not this figure. Oh well.

Saw this posted on a FB group this morning. Figure looks pretty darn good. Still have to find a solution to the neck. But overall it looks great in the collection.

Hahaha, I thought it looked the coolest of the lot. Like it emphasizes how strong the suit is, and that the head sculpt is reasonably good. And how strong it looks with the other figures in the collection. Head sculpt looks about 7/10, not higher. I may consider a professional repaint for the sculpt.
Yeah, it’s a classic 3rd party hs. The eye paint is the weakest point for sure. I won’t feel compelled to do any additional paint work beyond a little extra gloss varnish to wet that eye up a bit.

I’ve also bought several substitute accessories to make up for the stuff FP omitted from this look; drop leg holster for a 2nd handgun, a straight knife, 2 flashbangs/grenades, and shotgun shell shoulder belt.

I opened it up expecting to lower the unmasked sculpt, but on review, the neck is incorrect.
Rather than painting the neck, they have added a black polo neck to him. It's too thin and makes him look like a lollipop head. I pulled it down and wrapped tape around it, that has helped some what.
They are going away now until Christmas.

Thanks for checking the figure out and posting the pics!

I‘m tempted to replace the body with a Phicen. Joe Manganiello is a big guy, he’s 6’ 5”. Any thoughts about whether his suit will fit a Phicen TBLeague M33?

I don't think it would work due to the metal armor .

Well, if it’s like Flashpoint’s Knightmare Flash figure the metal pieces are modular though. I’m more concerned about stretching and tearing the base fabric suit. If the fabric has enough elasticity then I think the metal pieces will adjust.

I was scared to do this with Toys Battalion Martian Manhunter, but if I recall correctly @T8OO managed it with a Phicen M34. The fabric suit is skinny but it did stretch to accommodate.

You gonna have limited artiiculations then even if you manage to fit the new Phicen body into the suit.

True! First problem is can I squeeze the body into the suit. Second problem is how much give is there to pose dynamically. But even if it’s for a relatively non-dynamic pose

I’d still rather have the large body and improved ratio of head sculpt: body.

To each they own, personally i don't have issues with it but good luck.

I don't have it to hand but I think the material isn't as stretchy as Martian Manhunter.
I had to abandon the M34 as it would not go on and ended up with a M33. After my experience doing those, I wouldn't use a silicone body for anything that doesn't have bare limbs. Silicone has a "you ain't slipping past me" attitude when it comes to suits. I think a Batman or MoS body would work best in it.

I hear you! I mean, of course I’ll wait and see what it’s like out of the box.

Mine is scheduled to arrive at the end of the week—although it’ll get wrapped and go under the Christmas tree, so that I unbox on Christmas morning. As I do every Christmas time I’ll live a little dangerously in the hope that there’s no defects to the figure. Although, actually, come to think of it, it’s scheduled to arrive Nov. 24th which is 31 days before Christmas 😬! If there’s a problem I’ll just have to hope that Kit shows mercy. But honestly if he doesn’t (e.g., return the policy is clearly stated, etc.) that’s life, we roll the dice sometimes.

Getting close to 40 figures in now with this hobby, and only once have I had an issue with a figure. When posing JL Aquaman purchased from BBTS just out of the box I extended his arm just normally 90 degrees out to the side and the sliding shoulder plate broke. I repaired it with super glue but after thinking about it some, I did contact the store. The owner was very cool about it and offered to let me exchange it. I mean, I think the owner knew he could easily sell the one I repaired. But it was still great customer service to do what he did.

Anyway, at the risk of jinxing myself I’ve had excellent luck thus with the condition of the brand new figures I’ve bought, including many third party by now from a diverse number of companies. Here’s hoping 🤞
