Good timing, I was just about to cave in and get one of the HT SS Jokers. Are these head sculpts just HT recasts but with rooted hair?

Looks awesome, definitely the Deluxe is the one to get, but I too am curious how well the final product will come out, mainly the paint and rooted hair. If it comes out very close to this proto it?s a total buy for me

Yep, outdated. Ever since the forum and Sideshow parted ways the unlicensed and custom stuff opened back up. It’s Thunderdome, baby!

Only other one I can find them doing is a Vision from WandaVision of him in his 50?s suit. Another HT head recast

Someone on Facebook mentioned they changed their company name, they have other runs of pre-orders too. Not sure if it's true.

Not perfect but not bad. My main concern is how the production piece will turn out. I'm assuming these are recast/reworked Hot Toys Joker head sculpts. While some recasts can be pretty flawless, others can shrink, distort or soften during the process. The prototype outfit may also suffer in production.
Nevertheless, I may pick this up since HT will never produce. There's also seems to be an unlicensed black suit Superman floating around. I think the UL companies are probably the only hope for 1:6 Cyborg, Darkseid, Steppenwolf, Mera and/or Deathstroke.
