People in customer service have to deal with this crap all the time. What's interesting is that it only ever comes from two types of people: crazy, or rich. I'm against giving them free stuff. It's too bad so many managers, etc. disagree with me. They only do it to make them shut up and go away, but I think there should be a way of dealing with them that doesn't reward their behavior.
I dealt with a crazy ******* a couple weeks ago who claimed to be a veteran off his meds. I tried to empathize, but he was too much of an *******, and in the end (after listening to all manner of unkind words regarding my character) I was forced to tell him he was a disgrace to his flag.
He didn't like hearing that, but it was free.
Once at Dunkin Donuts the guy in front of me ordered a large coffee with Cream and Sugar, but wanted it made -"like this-sugar, cream, coffee,, cream, coffee, cream.-it just tasted better that way" the guy behind the counterr actually made it that way. I would have said get the f up earlier in the morning and make your own damn brew!
