the girl was rude and verbally abusive. the worker was very polite. she bullied him into free food. i would have told her to leave her contact information and i would have the owner contact her right away. if she made a fuss i would have called the cops.

When I worked at Blockbuster we had a sign that said if we don't ask you to try our Blueticket deal you get a free movie. Well we had plenty of customers who already turned down the deal so no point in asking them again about it. Guess what they wanted their free movie ****ing scum bags.

If there was no Facebook or other viral source to post this on, this girl wouldn't have done anything. This is her way of feeling self worth and attempting to come off as a big shot to her friends. If this was in the Detroit area, where I worked at a Dunkin Donuts when I was 14, the video would have been of her being taken to the hospital.

If she yelled half that stuff here in Philly the story would read

Young Woman Found Dead Behind Dunkin Donuts

People in customer service have to deal with this crap all the time. What's interesting is that it only ever comes from two types of people: crazy, or rich. I'm against giving them free stuff. It's too bad so many managers, etc. disagree with me. They only do it to make them shut up and go away, but I think there should be a way of dealing with them that doesn't reward their behavior.

I dealt with a crazy ******* a couple weeks ago who claimed to be a veteran off his meds. I tried to empathize, but he was too much of an *******, and in the end (after listening to all manner of unkind words regarding my character) I was forced to tell him he was a disgrace to his flag.

He didn't like hearing that, but it was free. :dunno

This video pissed me off!! Dumb a__ got herself in to trouble. Dig your own grave and I'll write on your tombstone "The B____ with Bussiness Degree". Hate people thinking they are better just for the fact that they have a degree!

What I love about this is that she thought she was going to be the one people root for. She kept saying how this will go on facebook and how much the other girl wronged her by not giving her a receipt.

Now she is known as "that crazy woman" lol :lol:lol:lol

We deal with that in our business too. No way do they get free.

The customers are one of the reasons we want out of this business. It's just not worth it anymore.

Once at Dunkin Donuts the guy in front of me ordered a large coffee with Cream and Sugar, but wanted it made -"like this-sugar, cream, coffee,, cream, coffee, cream.-it just tasted better that way" the guy behind the counterr actually made it that way. I would have said get the f up earlier in the morning and make your own damn brew!

:rotfl people are so ****ing dumb sometimes. I hate how people act like workers are their slaves. Just because they get paid to help you doesn't mean you can be a total ******* to them and expect everything.

Thats why franchise stores are awesome. They appreciate their employees much more than a huge corporation controlling all the stores. Glad they are recognizing them on the way they handled things.
