Hi guys, I finally found a casting resin that gives me the finish that I've been looking for, it has taken some time to source it but, I am happy with this one.

All comments appreciated.

Cheers,
Peter.

Very nice and clean castings. Did you use a pressure pot to ensure no bubbles or does it just cast that clean?

Any chance to hear the label of that resin and where to get it? May want to try it out, unless it's your own mix?

Thanks too much garlic, its called Resicast, pigment can be added to it to change the colour.

Cheers,
Peter.

Sweet. Thanks for the info. I really like the translucent quality of it - seems it would work well for creating that marble look to casts.

Just Googled it;got military kits, but no casting resin.Perhaps a bit more info would be forthcoming?...PS
