Did you know a delicacy from the Scandinavian countries ie.Denmark, Sweden, Iceland etc (where fingaz comes from) is Hákarl which is shark meat, buried underground and left to ferment & rot for 6-12 weeks then hung out to dry for several months. It is eaten in slices or cubes of the meat on toothpicks

What about pig, Has anybody ever roasted a whole pig? If so do tell!!

Shark jerky.:lol

I have never grilled a pig but my great grandfather used to. I did grill turtle once and I will never eat it again that crap tastes like it smells.

Always wanted to try a pig roast, but never have. Seems kinda barbaric... and delicious.

I should hope we're all in agreement here, but for some reason this is a subject that is hotly debated:

Grilling requires charcoal. A gas "grill" is not a grill, it's just an outdoor stove.

call me Hank Hill, but personally i prefer propane (and propane related accessories :lol)

but i will concede that some foods just taste better over charcoal. i just don't have the patience for it.

Anyone ever watch Bobby Flay's Boy Meets Grill? He grills up some AWESOME looking grub. If anyone wants some good grilling tips, I suggest watching that.

I added a link above to the website, lots of recipes there.
