For a mystery box, be the first person to post how many total nuts I've earned on Collectionstash.com.

Anyone that's already won a mystery box is not eligible for this contest.

Generalzodlives with 23509 nuts...seems kind of low

Re: Freaktacular 2015

Interesting responses, but no one got it 100% right. For reference, here is the "top 10" list I had guessed at for Golden Boy's contest:

1. Trick R Treat
2. Chucky
3. Aliens
4. Star Wars
5. Predator
6. The Matrix
7. Halloween
8. Hellraiser
9. Shrek
10. Toy Story

And here are the answers, in ascending correctness (or lack thereof):

0 right:
avfin: The Matrix, Toy Story, Hellraiser
golden boy: Predator, Hellraiser, Aliens
1 right:
ink: Hellraiser, Chucky, The Matrix
kenbenobi: Chucky, Predator, Hellraiser
punkg42: Trick R Treat, Hellraiser, Shrek
vander: Trick R Treat, Hellraiser, Shrek
2 right:
Centurion: Hellraiser, Trick R Treat, Chucky

The correct answer to what movies out of that list of 10 I haven't see is:
Trick R Treat
Chucky
Halloween

Congrats Centurion! PM me your info (real name and shipping address) and I'll get the box out by this weekend!

You haven't seen Halloween?! Make this the year it happens! It still holds up very well and is actually much better than a lot of the garbage horror movies of today.

Thank you Kamikaze! PM sent.

Re: Freaktacular 2015

Here is my entry into Greygoose's contest. :D

1. Character name

Clay Mudd, the Cellar Dweller

2. Origin

As a young boy often abused by his drunk father, Clayton Mudd had a terible tortured childhood. Nearly every night his father would come home, get drunk and beat him. Often for no reason at all. On the bad days, Clayton would get beaten and then tossed down into the cellar and locked in…sometimes for days at a time. He would have to drink from a rusty leaking pipe, and forrage for whatever he could eat. Sometimes this included catching small bugs or rodents to survive.
As he grew a bit older, about 8 years old, Clayton discovered a small crawlspace in the wall. He climbed in and started digging. Never knowing how long he would be locked down in the cellar he wanted to have a way out… so he dug, and dug. Over the next few weeks everytime he was locked in the cellar he would continue to dig. Finally after weeks of digging he hit another wall… slowly he chipped away at it until he entered into another cellar of another house down the block. He climbed out and headed up the stairs. To his horror he heard another young child, a girl, being beaten upstairs in this home. This was no safe haven. So back into the tunnel he went… again digging a new path.
Over the next couple months he had dug an elaborate chain of tunnels from cellar to cellar all over town and beyond. His father's home was old and in a very old run down neighborhood. So as he continued to do, he would tear through layers of lead paint, insulation, and dust. This was not good on a young boy's health. Slowly he developed breathing problems causing him to have a raspy growling hiss sound as he breathed. He also started losing some of his hair. His father couldn't stand Clayton's raspy hiss, so would just beat him worse, and lock him away longer in the cellar. Finally Clayton had had enough. One night over a ham sandwich with mustard, Clayton's dad came home drunk again and started trashing the house. Clayton grabbed the butter knife, and stabbed his father repeatedly until he was dead. Clayton had never been enrolled in school… and didn't even know if anyone knew he existed. He had spent nearly half his life locked down in the cellar. He had no friends, and now had no father. He knew he would get sent away because of what he had done. So he quickly found a way to board up the entrance to the cellar and lock himself inside for good. That way, when the cops came, it would look like a break in gone wrong. There would be no trace of any cellar door. Even when the house eventually got sold to new tenants. Which is eventually what happened. Clayton now living in the cellar permanently remembers back to the first house he connected to…the one where he heard the young girl being beaten… so he crawls back to that house, climbs the stairs and doles out a similar fate to the man there as he did to his own father. He feels a sense of peace in this killing… knowing that he saved the little girl from further abuse. He again, sealed up the cellar entrance to that house disquising it's presence as he leaves. He will spent the rest of his years digging and killing. His breathing growing ever more raspy, his hair continuing to shed, his skin becoming more white everyday it never sees the sunlight. His bruises now come from the rocks he hits as he digs. Mud and dirt become a permanent fixture to his appearance. His eyes sunken in and dark from the countless sleepless nights digging. His long fingernails chipped and broken, never to mend. If you hear a scrapping under the floor, a hissing growl, and rustling below you better be on your best behavior. Rumors about the murderous rampage swell across the city. Of some monster that murders those that are bad. Some underground creature now not even recognizable as human…. the Cellar Dweller.

3. Appearance

6. The name of the movie your character would star in

The Cellar Dweller

Let's try this again.

For a mystery box: How many LEGO sets have I bought during double points month? First to post the correct answer wins.

DO NOT ANSWER IF YOU'VE WON A MYSTERY BOX ALREADY.

Since I already have a mystery box coming but still want in on the fun, I will answer with an outlandish answer:

You bought 4,252 Lego sets, and are currently sitting on enough double points to purchase one of the Lego stores.
