why photographs used by HCG is always different from the final result as the HCG Joker bust 1:1

the same can be said for sideshow's photos. The professionally sculpted and painted prototype is not what you are actually buying. You are buying something made in a factory painted by factory workers.

I have 5 or 6 HCG pieces and they are all fine and the same quality as sideshow does.

I mean they attach photo when ordering goods and so the results after the goods is not the same especially HCG Joker, although not all do there is also a good.
