My thing is I just dont understand why people would order the regular when they still have the option to order the EX "upgrade" for the same amount of money. I dont get that at all.

I live in Holland and if i order a statue directly at sideshow i must pay more money thats not the problem but the almost 100 dollar more for a skull that i dont like is insane and the doll is more creepy.
Ive got 2 exclusives from freddy and Jasonemon freddy PF this is a whole different freddy and the Jason pf with freddys head in his hand.
These 2 excl are 2 total different statues and that is awesome and a truelly exclusive

When I don't want the exclusive or the exclusivity of the exclusive, or there just simply is no exclusive, I use a retailer.

e.g. Alien maquette for $720 SHIPPED from retailer or $800 + ??? shipping from Sideshow. Easy equation. But then there was no exclusive...

edit: That would be 8 x $5 in RPs given up, total of only $40 plus free shipping. And my dealer drop ships from SS!

eBay retailer, very trustful and even batter service, I have always got replacement from the seller and I already take off the point, if not counting the point, I save $57!!
But the bad thing is they are regular, some ex is must have.

Yeah word. Dodginess on ebay has made me a Sideshow direct customer for life. Unless I want the reg in which case I'd get it from a local retailer.

Retailer is very trustful, I have been PO from them last year and never have problem, but only with regular. Not just a eBay seller.

Watched FVJ recently. Thank the good lord this statue isn't based on that atrocity. I might be acting a little too harshly towards the film but the classic NOES' are the best. I can also appreciate the pose alot more now. It just looks classic Freddy
