It's official! It's a winner! It's one I will never own but would love to if I had more space. I love that he seems to have the longer FVJ blades on his glove. Love this photo fury, looks like he is coming up stairs to get you.

Oh, guys. There is one thing I don't dig about Sideshow's production of this piece, and it shows glaringly on the image JAWS was talking about. His dark stripes are clearly painted onto the material of the red sweater. But, unfortunately, they seem to have been painted while the sweater was on the figure already. They go horizontally, and parallel with the ground, but Freddy has his arm up, so it is all wrong. Like if he dropped his raised arm all the stripes would be at an angle sloping downward toward his left arm. Damn, wish I never saw it, but I did. Not a deal breaker, but...

See what I'm talking about there?

Edit: The top most stripe goes from the top of his shoulder on the right side, to damn near his armpit on the left side...

I saw it today at my friends house and it looks great, much better than I thought. The base lights up and the clothes are cool. I never liked the hand behind him cause I thought that is such a part of the character but my friend decided to turn his hand around having the palm facing up and I have to say it looks a lot better. It looked more menacing and more like Freddy...

I tried the gloved hand facing forward first too, but had such a devil of a time getting it in, that once I tried it SS's way, I left it. I like both, but came to the realization, having the piece in hand, that the glove hidden is quite fitting as well. I've got him displayed with both feet facing forward, so that everything is visible to me anyway, and the glove is hidden from his victim...
