Nobody knows yet. Since it's Spook, my best guess is that items will go up at random times (one preorder a day). There may be clues that pop to hint at what the next day's preorder will be, but a hint about the time is unlikely.

Yea I agree. If it doesn't get a set release, like newsletter or PPO there will be some hint of what day it will be but no time. I will be staying up as long as I need to, to get this!
