Totally understandable, but the underlying difference is the fact that your trying to sell a product. In almost any case, the consumer is not going to buy from a seller or retailer if the experience/service was not positive.

I've been wanting to put together a Riggs custom for two years now. I remember buying some of the clothes back in 2010 to put together a bash. When this project came up, I was looking forward to it, and seeing the finished sculpt come out quite nicely, I was intending on purchasing it. Now, not so much.

If I may add my two cents here. As a rule, I usually re-read my comments 2 or 3 times before posting it. Anything that I think may be read wrong, I'll change. It's always best to be super-polite.

Of course, English is my first language, so I have a pretty good idea how something may be taken. It's always different with other cultures. What we may find rude or a bit too direct, someone from a different cultures may find it as if they are simply answering your question.

Of course, as a retailer you do need to be nicer. At the end, if the customer doesn't like my answer or attitude, I can lose the sale no matter how much the customer wants the product.

Maybe it's because I'm Australian and we're notorious for being 'brusque', but I never got any of that from Axe's posts. As far as I'm concerned people who have their questions answered shouldn't be concerned about how much sugar coating is wrapping the facts so long as the facts are given.

I would just point out the following. Mel is 1.77m(5'9"), Glover 1.92m (6'4")

This noticeable difference in height is not reflected on the figures:
