That option would be even better as I could get a cheaper regular from a European retailer....but something tells me this is not the case, we'll see

no...the fact that the normal ad banner shows the long haired version yet carries the MAX logo suggest the smoking short haired version is standard with the regular as well....both heads

MAX is for marvel comics recommended for adults due to 'explicit' content

I asked the same a few posts back, but apparently there's no clear answer. However, now that you mention it, it's probably on there due to the smoking head.
