Well I got my gambit and he's arrived safe and sound! No chips this time and amazingly the energy hand arrived intact, however I woud not fancy sending it to someone its VERY fragile! But it looks great and definately worth paying the extra for! This has to be my favourite piece I've seen from SS yet. The base is massive and could be easily used as a dinner plate its that big! The only issue I've got with mine and yet again is very annoying is that the lining of his coat has ripped inside so I'll have to get a replacement sorted for that. Thankfully it's a minor thing that can be covered up until they replace it!

A must own piece if you like X-men! Roll on Cyclops!

Had mine for a few weeks but just opened him after I read of the energy card issue. Mine looks great, eyes look great and nothing is broken. This is by far the best PF i have had in a while. He looks awesome and is certainly worth the price. Only complaint...I hope they dont use that base again on future x men. I like the natural environments like wolverine and emma.

I Don't understand how people can own a statue for a few weeks and not open it. Im SUPER excited when a statue comes and can't wait to get it out and display it.

I've got all kinds of things to do that by the time the day is over I just kind of sit and vegetate when it is all said and done. I'm actually taking off in a few for one of my kids soccer practice. I've got PF Sabre sitting on the dining room floor unopened for a week. And I just got Ex Mike; don't know how long he'll sit before he's opened. Both will be opened prior to the 30 days so they can be inspected for any damage.

You don't want to see it through my cell phone camera. Already tried it and it ain't pretty. Rest assured, my Gambit's eye ain't googly. Need to stop buying statue soon and spend some $$$ on a really nice camera that I rarely get to use.
